Eccleston Court Care Home

Eccleston Court Care Home provides personal and nursing care to up to 54 people across two separate buildings with adapted facilities. At the time of inspection, one building supporting people living with dementia was not in use, with 23 people using the service.

The home had significant failings in leadership and oversight. The provider's systems for monitoring quality and safety were not effective, with a lack of monitoring and support from the provider level to ensure standards were maintained.
