Eastleigh Raleigh Mead provides personal and nursing care to 61 people aged 65 and over, most of whom are living with dementia. The purpose-built service is arranged across three floors with communal areas and bedrooms, accessible by lift and stairs.

Residents who were able to express their views spoke positively about their experiences. One resident commented "I've never been so well looked after, I want for nothing," while another described the home as safer than being at home, calling it the "little fortress. " Most residents were unable to give detailed feedback about their care experiences.
