The service protects people from abuse and harm, with staff trained in safeguarding and risk assessments completed to identify potential hazards. People receive their medicines as prescribed, and residents and their relatives report feeling safe and receiving good quality care.
Care is planned around people's choices and preferred routines, with residents and relatives involved in decision-making and supported to receive information in accessible formats.
