Desmond House Limited

Desmond House Limited provides residential care and personal care to up to 18 people with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and autism. At the time of inspection, 16 people with mental health needs were using the service. The home did not currently support anyone with learning disabilities or autism, though it remains registered for these populations.

The provider had made improvements since the last inspection, particularly in infection prevention and control measures. These enhancements demonstrate the home's commitment to maintaining safe and hygienic standards for residents receiving support.
