Residents have access to two communal lounges, a dining area, and a bistro where visitors can meet family members for refreshments.

Whilst some improvements were evident, insufficient action had been taken to address breaches of fundamental standards identified previously. Governance arrangements required further development to ensure all standards were consistently met.
