Douglas House

Douglas House is a residential care home providing nursing and personal care to up to 30 people with complex physical nursing needs and disabilities. At inspection, 22 people were living at the service.

Staff provide kind and caring support, understanding each person's needs, preferences and what matters to them. They respect people's privacy and dignity, encourage choice-making and promote independence. People receive person-centred care with personalised care plans that include information about their life, communication and care needs and preferences, with people involved in their own care.
