Inspectors identified concerns with medicines management, finding that systems and processes were not always effective and the provider's medicines policy had not always been followed. The provider took action to address this during the inspection. Additionally, risks to people were not always managed effectively, with care plans and risk assessments lacking sufficient detail to ensure people received safe support. The provider began taking action to address these shortfalls.
