Relatives praised the friendly staff, describing them as showing "nothing but care for the residents," and highlighted the homely atmosphere and quality of food.

Care plans and risk assessments were regularly reviewed and updated, providing staff with guidance to deliver person-centered care. People were supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff adopting the least restrictive approaches in their best interests.
