At inspection, 16 people were resident at the service. Some relatives noted the home needed decoration, though the registered manager confirmed refurbishment plans were underway, including new soft furnishings and redecorating.

People and relatives expressed satisfaction with their care. One resident said, "The staff are great, everything about the place here is top notch. " Relatives praised the friendly staff, describing them as showing "nothing but care for the residents," and highlighted the homely atmosphere and quality of food.

Care plans and risk assessments were regularly reviewed and updated, providing staff with guidance to deliver person-centered care. People were supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives, with staff adopting the least restrictive approaches in their best interests.
