Danbury

Danbury is a residential care home providing personal care to five people. Staff supported residents to have maximum choice and control over their lives, using the least restrictive practices and acting in their best interests. The service's policies and systems supported this approach to care. Staff ensured care was person-centred, promoting residents' dignity, privacy and human rights. The ethos and values of leaders and care staff were focused on enabling people to lead confident, inclusive and empowered lives.
