Jenny's House

Jennys House provides accommodation and personal care for people with learning disabilities, as well as respite care for those with learning disabilities and/or autistic spectrum disorder. The service operates from an adapted detached residential property in Clacton on Sea that can accommodate up to eight people across three floors, with each person having their own individual bedroom and access to communal facilities. At the time of inspection, four people were using the service.

The home delivers person-centred support designed to help people live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence. Staff provide planned and coordinated care that is appropriate and inclusive, supporting residents to achieve the best possible outcomes and participate fully in community life. The service is situated close to local amenities and main bus routes in a residential area.
