Ascot Lodge Nursing Home

Ascot Lodge provides personal care for up to 18 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 16 people were using the service. The home is a large adapted house with four floors accessed by lift, featuring a communal lounge and dining room on the ground floor, plus a private enclosed rear garden.

Inspectors found that people received care and support based on their needs. However, care plans lacked sufficient person-centred detail to adequately guide staff in delivering individualised support.
