Dale Lodge

Dale Lodge provides personal care and accommodation for up to 20 people, including older people and those living with dementia. The CQC found the service continues to be rated Good overall, with a friendly, happy atmosphere and staff who knew people well.

Inspectors found people were protected from abuse, staffing levels were sufficient, and staff had the right skills and training. People and relatives spoke warmly of the care provided, with choice, independence and community activities strongly supported, praise which contributed to an Outstanding rating for how responsive the service was.
