Dale Lodge

Dale Lodge is a residential care home providing accommodation for up to 20 older people, including those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 18 residents were living there.

Staff demonstrated exceptional responsiveness to residents' choices and preferences, arranging meaningful activities tailored to individual interests. The home organized special family events to celebrate significant milestones and important moments in residents' lives. Care was marked by staff going the extra mile to create a person-centered environment.
