Croft House Care Home

Croft House Care Home accommodates up to 38 older people, including those living with dementia, across two floors with communal spaces. At the time of the inspection, 26 residents were living at the service.

The home supported residents to maintain regular contact with friends and family through video and telephone calls. A weekly email to relatives kept them informed about activities and life at the service. Clear signage throughout the building provided guidance for both staff and visitors, with environmental markers helping residents navigate their surroundings.
