Conway House provides accommodation and personal care for up to eight people with learning disabilities and/or autistic spectrum disorders. At the time of inspection, seven people were living at the home.

The service demonstrated good infection control practices. Professional visitors were required to evidence a negative lateral flow test and COVID-19 vaccination status. Visiting family members were asked to provide evidence of a negative test or were offered the opportunity to complete one on site.

Visitors were provided with appropriate personal protection equipment when required.
