Conquest Lodge is a residential home providing personal care to 19 people with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorder, and/or physical disabilities, currently supporting 18 residents across four bungalows on one site. The service demonstrated strong infection control practices, with staff and residents fully vaccinated and participating in the national COVID-19 testing programme. Temperature checks, documentation procedures, and rapid testing were in place for all visitors, who were welcomed by appointment.

Staff monitored their own temperatures before each shift, and personal protective equipment was provided to visitors as part of comprehensive infection prevention measures.
