Combe House

Combe House is a care home in Devon providing accommodation and personal care for up to seven people with learning disabilities. At the time of the assessment, seven people were living there. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding it now meets expectations around choice, control and person-centred care.

Inspectors found improvements since the previous inspection, when concerns had been raised about care not always reflecting people's preferences. Relatives reported better communication with the home, and staff were described as more creative in their approach, offering more opportunities for activities and community access.
