About Evergreen
Evergreen provides accommodation and personal care to a maximum of eight people with acquired brain injuries and mental health needs. At the time of inspection, six people were living at the service with one person in hospital.
The registered manager emphasised their person-centred approach, stating "We are about the individual, every day is different." People received safe care, with staff demonstrating understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and ability to recognise abuse.
