Clifton Lawns

Clifton Lawns provides rehabilitation services for people with enduring mental health conditions, supporting up to 18 people at any time. During inspection, 14 people were using the service. Residents felt safe, and staff demonstrated clear understanding of safeguarding responsibilities with appropriate training in place. Sufficient staffing levels were maintained, supported by robust recruitment processes. Medicine management was safe, with people encouraged to self-administer their medications where possible with appropriate support levels.

The premises were clean and staff adhered to infection control procedures. People were supported to make choices and maintain control over their lives, with staff working in the least restrictive way possible. Care needs were properly assessed and care plans were delivered in line with legislation and best practice guidance. Residents received a nutritious and varied diet and were actively supported to shop and prepare meals for themselves on a weekly basis.
