Cleveland View

Cleveland View provides personal care for up to 60 people, including older people, some living with dementia, and younger adults. At the time of assessment, 56 people were using the service.

The CQC rated the home Good overall. Medicines were managed safely, recruitment and training met required standards, and risks were well managed. People and relatives spoke positively about staff and the registered manager, feeling safe and well cared for.

Some care plans needed further development, and feedback on food quality was mixed, though activities and outings were well regarded.
