Cleveland House

Cleveland House is a care home registered to support up to 11 people with mental health needs, learning disabilities and/or autism, each with their own bedroom and access to shared communal areas and a garden. The CQC rated the service Good overall, an improvement from the previous requires improvement rating tied to risk management, medicines and governance.

Inspectors found medicines were now managed safely, risks to people were properly assessed, and quality checks were working effectively. Staff knew people well and supported them with dignity and choice, and the culture was open, with people, relatives and staff encouraged to help shape the service.
