Claremont Parkway

Claremont Parkway accommodates up to 61 older people in a purpose-built facility, providing nursing and personal care for residents including those living with dementia. At inspection, 40 people were using the service. Residents, relatives and staff described the home as a safe place to live and work, with risks regularly assessed and reviewed to allow people to take acceptable risks while living safely.

The home maintains adequate staffing levels to meet people's needs, with appropriately recruited staff who safely administer medicines and prompt residents to take them. Accidents, incidents and safeguarding concerns are reported, investigated and recorded. The service uses Personal Protection Equipment appropriately.
