Clanfield Residential Care Home

Clanfield provides personal care for up to 30 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 25 people were using the service. The home is a converted building with original features, though the large lounge and conservatory were temporarily closed for building works to install a new elevator.

The registered manager promoted a positive, person-centred culture. Inspectors observed positive staff interactions with people that demonstrated kindness and compassion. However, some areas required improvement in the delivery of care.
