Church Farm Care Home

Church Farm Care Home provides personal care and support to up to 40 people aged 65 and over, many living with dementia. At inspection, 36 people were using the service, which operates across two floors with communal spaces including bathrooms and lounge areas, with a lift in place for accessibility.

The home's environment was not well maintained, with many surfaces and items of furniture damaged, which impacted staff's ability to keep the spaces clean. The service was not supported by sufficient numbers of suitably trained staff, particularly during night time hours, creating increased risks to people's safety and wellbeing.
