Chiltern Grange Care Home

Chiltern Grange accommodates 75 people across three separate floors with adapted facilities. One floor specialises in care for people living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 54 people resided at the home. The service implements health screening procedures for visitors, including temperature checks and health questions to identify signs of infection. Staff demonstrate attentiveness to infection control measures and maintain awareness of residents' wellbeing needs.
