About Hempton Field Care Home
Hempton Field Care Home is a purpose-built nursing home accommodating up to 33 older people with a range of needs. At inspection, 16 residents were living there.
The newly appointed registered manager has created an open and transparent culture that has improved staff satisfaction and morale. Staff reported that the manager's door is always open, giving them opportunities to raise concerns and discuss issues. Procedures within the home have been reviewed and updated under the manager's leadership.
