The management team has demonstrated commitment to quality care through several initiatives. They created flexible yet safe visiting arrangements for people receiving end of life care, enabling residents to spend meaningful time with loved ones. Additionally, the provider has implemented an app to help the management team effectively monitor PPE and testing supplies, supporting better resource management across the service.
