Chamberlaine Court

Chamberlaine Court is a residential care home in Warwickshire providing accommodation and personal care for up to 38 people, including those living with dementia. The CQC rated the service Good overall. Previous concerns about safe care and governance had been addressed, and inspectors found people felt safe, well cared for and supported to make choices, in a clean environment with the equipment they needed.

Some shortfalls remained. Quality checks and audits were not always robust enough to ensure policies worked effectively in practice, and although staffing levels were sufficient, staff were often too busy to spend time engaging people in meaningful conversation or activities. Staff described good support from the registered manager and a continuing improvement in the home's culture.
