Chalfont Lodge

Chalfont Lodge is a nursing home providing support for up to 119 people across three units over two floors, including a dedicated Memory Lane community for people with dementia. At inspection, there were 102 people using the service.

While staffing levels met basic care needs, both residents and staff reported insufficient staff to spend quality time with people. The home's medicines management did not align with current best practice, with some people experiencing issues with their medication administration.
