Castlehill Specialist Care Centre provides specialist care and support, including for people moving in or out of the home who need their care needs reassessed. The CQC carried out this assessment after receiving information of concern, and rated the service Good overall.

Inspectors found people were kept safe from avoidable harm, with risks assessed and proactively managed. Care plans were personalised and staff used them well, though end of life care planning needed improvement, which the management team had already begun addressing. Governance was strong, and people and relatives spoke positively about their care and felt listened to.
