Carmen Lodge

Carmen Lodge provides accommodation and support with personal care for up to 11 adults with mental health conditions. At the time of inspection, the service was at full capacity with 11 residents.

People are protected from abuse and neglect, with appropriate risk assessments in place for health and safety. The home maintains good infection control measures and is kept clean and tidy. Staff are appropriately trained and skilled in sufficient numbers to keep residents safe, and the home has effective systems for managing medicines.
