Carlene House

Carlene House provides care and support for up to ten adults with learning disabilities, with ten people using the service at inspection. The service delivers planned and coordinated person-centred support designed to help people live full, meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence. Staff numbers are sufficient to meet residents' care and support needs.

The home has systems in place to reduce abuse risks and assess potential dangers to residents. Safe recruitment procedures protect people, and medicines are managed safely. The provider records and monitors accidents and incidents, and has infection control measures to protect residents from health risks.
