Burnt Tree Croft

Burnt Tree Croft accommodates up to 40 adults with various care needs, including those living with dementia, across three floors. At inspection, 37 people were using the service.

People felt safe at the home and were cared for by staff trained in safeguarding. However, management of risk required improvement to ensure staff consistently reviewed and acted upon identified risks. Staff responded promptly to people's needs, though deployment could be more effective at times to promote safety.
