Residents expressed satisfaction with their care, describing staff as kind and supportive. Staff demonstrated strong knowledge of the individuals they cared for and showed commitment to delivering person-centred care. Staff understood their safeguarding responsibilities and risks were effectively managed. The home maintained good health and safety standards and was clean and well-maintained.

Care records were person-centred, regularly reviewed, and updated promptly when residents' needs changed.
