Heathside Retirement Home

Heathside Retirement Home provides personal care to older adults, including people living with dementia, for up to 30 people. The CQC rated the service good overall, finding people felt safe, well cared for and treated with dignity by staff who knew them well.

Inspectors found safe staffing and recruitment, good quality training and safe medicines management, alongside a clean, pleasant environment. Care plans were personalised, and the home worked well with health professionals. Feedback from people and relatives was consistently positive, and the management team was described as visible, experienced and approachable.
