Brunel House provides personal care to up to seven younger adults with a learning disability and/or autistic people, including those with physical disabilities or sensory impairments. The home environment is homely and clean with personalized bedrooms and adapted features to meet individual sensory and physical needs, along with serviced equipment available as required.

Staff support people to live fulfilling days with meaningful goals of their choosing, focusing on strengths and encouraging independence. The team understands each person's communication needs through consistent engagement and develops trusting relationships to capture their wishes and views. People receive maximum choice and control over their lives, supported in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests.

Specialist health and social care support is arranged locally in line with assessed needs.
