Brookview Neurological Centre-Inspire Neurocare (Worcester)

Inspire Neurocare Worcester is a specialist neurological care home providing nursing and personal care to up to 43 people across two floors. At the time of inspection, 20 people were using the service. The home maintains detailed care plans that document residents' health needs, choices and preferences along with how these should be met. However, these care plans were not always consistently followed by staff. The provider's governance oversight and quality assurance systems required further improvements to ensure shortfalls in care delivery were identified and addressed in line with residents' documented plans.
