Brookland House

Brookland House is a residential care home providing personal care and accommodation to people with a range of physical and learning disability needs. The service can support up to 3 residents. At the time of inspection, there were 2 people living at the home. The service is committed to ensuring that autistic people and those with learning disabilities receive choices, dignity, independence and good access to their local communities.
