Inspectors found the home was performing well and meeting expected standards, with medicines managed safely, good infection control and effective risk management in place.

People were treated with dignity and involved in decisions about their care, supported by sufficient trained staff and warm, respectful relationships. Staff promoted independence and people could pursue activities they enjoyed. The service, previously in special measures, has now improved and is no longer rated inadequate in any area.
