Aadamson House Care Home

Aadamson House is a residential care home in the Preston area providing personal care to 22 people, with capacity for up to 32. The service operates across two floors with lift access to the first floor. Medicines were administered safely with good systems managed by experienced, trained staff. Risk assessments were in place and regularly updated to ensure staff had the correct information to deliver appropriate support. One resident noted that staff "always come when I ask for assistance."

The home had thorough recruitment procedures in place and maintained sufficient staffing levels across the 24-hour period, with an appropriate mix of care, management and domestic staff.
