Branch Court Care Home

Branch Court Care Home accommodates up to 30 people requiring personal care, with a particular focus on older people and those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 17 residents were living there. The home operates from a single purpose-built building.

Residents reported feeling safe and expressed satisfaction with the care they receive. Staff demonstrated understanding of safeguarding procedures and how to protect people from harm or discrimination. Staffing levels were sufficient to meet residents' needs and maintain their safety. However, inspectors identified shortfalls in risk management and in the home's governance and record-keeping systems.
