Andrews Court Care Home, in Blackburn with Darwen, provides accommodation and personal care for up to 37 older people or younger adults, including those living with dementia or physical disabilities. The CQC rated the home Good overall, finding it had made improvements and was no longer in breach of regulations, with safe recruitment, staff training, medicines management and infection control all in place.

Inspectors found staff were kind, attentive and knew people well, with residents describing feeling safe and well cared for. People had enough to eat and drink, health needs were monitored closely, and management showed good oversight with a positive, person-centred culture throughout the home.
