Brackenfield Hall accommodates up to 60 people across 4 units over 2 floors, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 54 people were using the service. The home was generally clean and well presented, though kitchenettes on each unit required deep cleaning, which the registered manager addressed immediately. Staff received training on safeguarding and knew how to recognise and report abuse, ensuring people were protected from harm. The provider maintained safe recruitment procedures and had sufficient staff available to meet people's needs.
