Bourn View is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care to 77 people aged 65 and over across four separate units: Althorpe, Balmoral, Chatsworth and Danesfield. Each unit has separate adapted facilities, with the upstairs wings specialising in memory care. The service can support up to 80 people in total.

The care home has implemented measures to support safe visiting, including staggered visitation times to reduce infection risk and a layout that allows visitors to maintain effective social distancing during their visits.
