Boulters Lock Residential Home

Boulters Lock Residential Home, in Windsor and Maidenhead, provides personal care to up to 32 people, including those living with dementia. The CQC rated the service Good overall, a change from the previous outstanding rating.

Inspectors found people received their medicines safely, and risks were well managed by enough skilled, well-supported staff. Staff were kind, respected people's dignity and understood safeguarding and mental capacity requirements. Care was personalised, activities were person-centred, and management were praised by staff, relatives and professionals for running a well-organised, caring service.
