Birchams Grange

Birchams Grange provides personal care for up to 29 older people, including those with physical disabilities and dementia, within a large adapted building. At inspection, 26 people were living at the home.

Staff demonstrated understanding of how to recognise and report abuse. The home had assessed and reviewed risks associated with the premises, care equipment, and individual residents' needs, with plans in place to manage identified risks. Staffing levels were adequate to meet people's needs safely, and systems and procedures were in place to support safe care delivery.
