Woodhorn Park

Woodhorn Park provides accommodation and personal care for up to 61 people across two floors, supporting those living with dementia and those requiring help with personal care. At inspection, 59 people were using the service.

People were safe from abuse, with risks regularly assessed and reviewed as their needs changed. The building was well maintained with appropriate health and safety assessments in place. Medicines were managed safely, and the provider employed sufficient staff who were trained appropriately and recruited safely. Staff worked effectively with visiting professionals, and infection control measures were established throughout the home.
