The provider maintains good staffing levels with a skilled mix to ensure people's safety, and staff receive training to manage risks effectively. Care is delivered to meet residents' individual needs, including support with nutritional requirements. The home emphasises maximising choice and control for residents, supporting them in the least restrictive way possible while upholding equality and human rights. However, medicines were not always managed safely, which requires attention.
