The home is organised into four distinct areas—Oak, Maple, Holly and Willow—with Oak and Maple providing specialised support for people with dementia. Residents reported feeling safe and expressed satisfaction with the service. Staff had completed safeguarding training and understood procedures for protecting vulnerable adults, with adequate staffing levels deployed to meet people's needs.

The home had improved its recruitment procedures to ensure staff suitability. Minor shortfalls were identified in medicine management and risk monitoring records, which the registered manager addressed during the inspection. Individual and environmental risks were properly assessed and documented. The premises maintained good standards of cleanliness and infection control measures protected residents' health.
