Families and residents praised the food, staff kindness and the approachable registered manager, though some improvement was needed around medicines guidance and risk records.

Inspectors also found personalised care met people's needs, but record-keeping on preferences and end-of-life wishes needed strengthening. Activities had recently changed, with limited stimulation observed at the time, though residents spoke positively about quizzes, music and visiting groups. Overall, people felt safe and well cared for.
