Beechcroft

Beechcroft accommodates up to 43 people requiring nursing or personal care across four floors. At inspection, 16 residents lived there, some with dementia. The home has made significant improvements to quality and safety, with the provider now effectively overseeing and mitigating risks. Staff have access to individualised care plans and risk assessments that guide safe care delivery, along with updated emergency information.

Some concerns remain about the quality and completeness of records relating to people's care and treatment. Care plans are actively used to assess risks during care provision, and staff receive the guidance they need to support people safely. These arrangements have been strengthened since the previous inspection.
