Beech Manor

Beech Manor House provides accommodation and personal care support for up to eight adults with mental health problems. At the time of inspection, seven people were using the service. Staff demonstrated exceptional care and compassion towards residents, with examples of staff going the extra mile to support people with their emotional needs. People were safe at the service, with effective systems and processes in place to safeguard people from abuse. Staff knew the procedures to follow to report any concerns, and adequate numbers of staff had undergone safe recruitment checks. Risks to people were managed effectively throughout the home.
